Services

We provide a variety of printing services. Orders can be placed through our website, by email, or in person at our location. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

You represent that you possess all requisite rights and permissions to use any provided material for printing. Vici Graphics & Décor, LLC bears no liability for any intellectual property rights infringements resulting from materials supplied by you.

Limitation of Liability

In accordance with the maximum extent allowed by law, Vici Graphics & Décor, LLC, inclusive of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and subcontractors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the site or services, or any other matter related to the services provided.

Whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages, any claim in relation to our services and products, irrespective of its nature, will be strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for our services and products.

No claim or action relating to these services may be brought later than 1 year following the event from which such claim or action arose. The limitations and exclusions specified apply regardless of whether the liability is based on breach of contract, tort, strict liability, breach of warranties, failure of essential purpose or otherwise, even if Vici Graphics & Décor, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

The prices of our products and services are subject to change without prior notice. All Estimates provided will remain valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the Estimate. If the scope of the project changes significantly, resulting in an increase of 25% or more above the original estimated value, a new quote will be provided and must be approved. The applicable prices for the products and services will be communicated to you at the time of placing an order. All prices are in [currency] and do not include any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

Payment

Payment for our products and services is due at the time of approving the Estimate or placing an order, unless otherwise agreed upon. A deposit of 50% is required when the Estimate is approved, with the balance due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and cash. In the case of credit/debit card payments, you authorize us to charge the card for the total amount due.

 

Turnaround Time and Delivery

Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to our customers and prospective customers. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our website, new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. The lists used to send you product and service offers are developed and managed under our traditional corporate standards designed to safeguard the security and privacy of our customers' personal information. You are allowed at any time to notify us of your desire not to receive these offers.

Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with costs and timelines depending on the package size, weight, and destination. Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

Returns

If you believe there is an issue with the products you received, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. We may request the return of the products for inspection and will determine, at our discretion, whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds due to errors on our end, including production errors or defects, may take up to 10 business days to process and the funds to be credited to your account. Any cancellations or compensations provided to the customer will be refunded in a timely manner.

Please note: All charges related to expedite shipping are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for return.
